The process begins by contacting Rob's Taxidermy and discussing your project. We will then schedule a time for you to bring in the animal or arrange for pick-up. Once we receive the animal, we will begin the preservation process and work with you to determine the desired pose and presentation of the mount. When the mount is complete, we will contact you to arrange for pick-up or delivery (fees will apply for pick-up and delivery).
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained before bringing an animal to Rob's Taxidermy for mounting. We cannot accept any animals without proper documentation.
Rob's Taxidermy uses a variety of materials for mounting, including foam, wire, clay, and epoxy. We also use high-quality glass eyes to create a realistic appearance.
